Building A Generation empowers youth, adults, and families by strengthening the protective factors that prevent child abuse and promote healthy, thriving communities. Through education, workforce development, housing and family support, prevention programs, and community resources, we remove barriers, build resilience, and create pathways to lasting stability and opportunity.
We support children, youth, and families navigating challenges that impact their ability to thrive, including trauma, family instability, and other barriers. Our whole-child approach recognizes the importance of addressing academic, emotional, and family needs through supportive services, education, and meaningful community connections.
Child Abuse Prevention
Building A Generation’s Family Resource Centers are designed to strengthen families and prevent child abuse and neglect by providing early intervention, supportive services, and resources that promote safe, nurturing, and resilient environments for children and caregivers.
Through individual and group-based support, we provide children, youth, and families with tools to strengthen relationships, improve emotional well-being, address behavioral challenges, and build healthy coping skills. Our services support children and adults facing challenges by connecting them with resources that promote stability, healing, and family well-being.
